- Supporting the Creative Director and the Operation Director in the coordination of the whole development process and activities for the RTW and Accessories for the Roberto Cavalli Group- Editing and monitoring of the RTW and Accessories Collection Pre Collection and Fashion Show Timings- Organizing and supporting all the Design Office and Creative Director activities for both Womens and Mens RTW/Accessories - Coordinating the Second Line Design Office activities and Licencee partners- Overview and organize all the activities related to the Events and Fashion Show- Supporting the Operation Director in managing samples budgets for Womens and Mens RTW/ACC

• Supporting all the Design Office activities for both Womens and Mens RTW/Accessories and Licensee departments• Supporting on the elaboration of the seasonal Retro Plannings and update of weekly Design Team agenda• Coordination of special RTW/Accessories promotional projects for monobrand boutiques and outlets

• Elaboration of Visual Teams seasonal calendar for worldwide windows planning and coordination of all related activities• Research, development and interface with suppliers for display materials/visual tools and budget control• Merchandising support on sales analysis • Coordination on special project and shootings

• Coordination and organization of Design teams daily activities• Research and development follow up of the Brand Identity projects • Support for Co-marketing projects (H&M, Target)• Coordination of special events (Life Ball, Art Basel etc) in collaboration with the Press Office

• Supporting the Creative Director and coordinating events, advertising campaigns, fashion shows, instore events • Organization and follow up of the production for all advertising materials (look books, catalogues, brochures, invitations etc) • Supporting franchising clients for the timings of the new boutique openings and interfacing with architectural office and furniture suppliers• Developing, coordinating and managing visual and windows plans for monobrands and franchising boutiques• Developing and managing the production of material display and visual tools for window installations and boutique interiors

• Management of the agenda • Collaboration for the organization of Exhibitions in Italy and abroad• Taking of the minutes during the general meetings
