In the context of a 2 years project based on Immunology, Infectiology et Inflammation, I will focus my studies in the understanding of multi-drug resistant pathogenic E. Coli (UPEC) colonization and persistence in the gastrointestinal tract to develop non-antibiotic based therapeutics targeting UPEC reservoirs.
