Leading and working closely with two software development teams to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. My responsibilities include:-Executing the full software development life cycle;-Automating business processes and replacing manual repetitive tasks;-Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions-Analyzing, designing and developing tests and test-automation suites and recommend continuous improvement;-Improving operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures;-Overseeing the development of documentation;-Writing well-designed, testable code;-Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals;-Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs;

4 Months Java development internship where I participated in a variety of developmental experiences. Received ongoing coaching and mentoring. Taking on low complexity software development and documentation tasks as needed by the development team. During my internship delivered two successful projects.
