Practice Manager
CurrentAn Allied Health clinic providing Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Athletic Development and Dietetics services to general populations, athletes, NDIS clients, DVA clients, WorkCover and insurance clients, and those under chronic disease management plans through Medicare (TCAs). Key responsibilities include:* Managing the day-to-day operations * Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, Invoicing, Payroll (Xero)* Rostering and diary management (through Cliniko)* Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly financial and performance reports to the Directors* Implementing processes designed to improve overall business efficiency* Creation, documentation and implementation of an official employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit interview, including onboarding and ongoing performance reviews* Contract and Policy writing* Creation and management of company website (Squarespace)* Creation of print and digital marketing assets (Canva, Photoshop)* Email campaign management (using Mailchimp)* Managing a junior Administration Assistant (training, assigning work, managing KPIs)* Managing relationships with relevant stakeholders / business contacts / sponsorships* Liaising with plan managers and completing claims for eligible services under DVA, Medicare and NDIS and completing service agreements where relevantNotable Achievements* Created an Employee Handbook: a resource for staff members on company policies and procedures, plus step-by-step instructions on everything they need to successfully perform in their individual role and as part of the wider team* Created and documented an end-to-end employee lifecycle* Created company branding style guide* Rebuilt original (static) company website, SEO
