I graduated from Brigham Young University with my baccalaureate degree in Exercise Science/Pre-Med in April 2011. That fall I started attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas for my BSN. I graduate in December 2013. I worked as a full time staff nurse at Texas Health Harris Methodist hospital in Fort Wort, Texas for two years. Then relocated and started having a family. I did PRN pediatric home health for three years. Then took a career break to continue growing and raising my family. During that time I found a love for yoga and mental health wellness. I then became a certified yoga teacher and sound healer and started helping people in this way.
