Serena Stelitano Is a multi-disciplinary artist and curator.Formed in fine arts, catalogue and restoration in Italy, from 2014 she collaborated ineditorial digital projects as illustrator and comic artist, and in 2017 she was part of thepioneer on-chain natively digital art collection 'Creeps & Weirdos' curated by Dada.art. While exploring the rapidly growing cryptoart ecosystem,Stelitano was fascinated by virtual art galleries and the possibility to showcase andexchange rare digital art; her first curated virtual exhibition took place in Voxels(formerly cryptovoxels) in 2020, and aimed to showcase underrepresented artistsfrom Africa and South America in the metaverse. Since then Stelitano has built,curated and manages a wide range of virtual spaces and their diverse functionalities.The rewarding collaboration with the Center for Collaborative InvestigativeJournalism started in 2021 enabling Stelitano to apply and expand her research inExtended Reality and Web3.
