My role as Project Manager is to oversee and manage customer projects delivery within AvePoint with experience in Enterprise, cross-divisional projects. As project manager, I obtain a clear understanding of project objectives and team member responsibilities. I am responsible to apply Standard Project Management methodology, tools and practices to ensure project success and compliance in business document management, improve productivity and implement process efficiency through system innovation. My key tasks in project management covers creation and execution of project work plans and revises to meet customer changing needs and requirements, manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope, schedule, resources and deliverables, prepares project documents for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures as well as managing project risk levels, developing contingency plans, maintaining project management data and reporting project performance metrics to stakeholders.
