Currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration in Applied Decision Making and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Serena is proficient at leveraging her diverse experiences to excel in roles of leadership, influence, and entrepreneurship. Prior to her pursuit of a Masters, Serena earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Business Administration. A trailblazer in her own right, Serena co-founded the UWSP Women in Business student-led organization serving as President for two years, championing inclusive environments, and promoting innovative strategies to empower individuals to realize their full potential. Additionally, her role as Chair of Uplift's NextGen Advisory Council has honed her invaluable leadership and collaboration skills, positioning her as a catalyst for progress alongside inspirational peers dedicated to advancing their mission. Further demonstrating her commitment to collaborative excellence, Serena served as a Board Member of the UW-Stevens Point Sentry School of Business and Economics for two years. In this capacity, she leveraged her professional network and industry experience to facilitate partnerships, collaboration, and resource-sharing among council members and stakeholders alike. Serena's achievements have earned her numerous honors, including the prestigious Tommy G Thompson Center of Public Leadership Award, the UWSP Chancellor's Leadership Award, the National Society of Leadership and Success Foundation Award, and the Student Government Association Inclusive Excellence and Diversity Efforts Award.
