Serena Bobowski is a classically trained Pilates Instructor and acquired her certification from The Pilates Studio, New York City in 2002. In the last 10 years Serena studied EFT Tapping, Mindfulness, and Meditation. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she believes in a straight forward approach to movement as part of everyday life. Bringing movement and mindset together she founded her own system called The Body Evolution Program.
