I am an accomplished marketer with substantial experience across B2B and B2C marketing. I believe the key to excellent marketing is to always see things from the customers’ point of view. My roles have always required the pioneering of new marketing efforts within the business and this has made me a self-starter who is not afraid of a challenge. Although I’m well versed in both acquisition and retention marketing, my passion lies in retention marketing. I enjoy improving customer experience and demonstrating how to add value. Personally I have a passion for health and wellness and in particular women’s health. I’m a firm believer in patient power and the patient being in control of their health and wellbeing.
