Organization encompassed 750 people spanning the Western United States and Australia with an operating budget of $80M. Outperformed other development centers as measured by performance to product delivery commitments, budget performance, services revenue, and effective capital equipment utilization. PRIOR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: • Executive role responsible for evaluating new business venture involving communications transmission equipment including R&D prototyping, market analysis, competitive analysis, business case and sales channel strategy. • Executive role in Client Satisfaction and Business Excellence at the corporate level. Projects included strategic alignment of objectives, leadership assessment and development, and order-through-installation process improvement.• Malcolm Baldrige-based quality award program examiner and examiner instructor. Co-authored 3 quality program applications resulting in 2 site visits and one award.
