About Serena Howeth

Serena has over 15 years designing mobile, web and emerging product experiences. As a founding member of gotomedia and Director of User Experience, Serena balances strategy, research, information design and branding into experiences that work — simply and beautifully. Her strategic approach helps bring the customer journey front and center, in a relevant and accessible manner. Serena leads a team of visual designers, experience architects and technologist and has designed web sites, web and mobile apps, and product interfaces for clients such as VMware, Samsung, Sony, Apple and Google. Serena is a local San Francisco resident and graduated of San Francisco State University, with degrees in Design and Industry and Conceptual / Information Arts.
