Partners with key business representatives, including senior State leaders, to assess, plan, and successfully implement a wide variety of technology projects within the Executive branch. Ensures project scope, schedule and budgets are maintained through, at times, multiple phased implementations across multiple agencies and/or departments. As the VP of Marketing I am responsible for timely dissemination of information both to and from the Chapter membership, as well as the promotion of the local Chapter and IIBA to internal and external publications. Collaboratively responsible for maintaining the Chapter’s website and independently responsible for the development and delivery of programs relating to business analysis for each scheduled Chapter meeting. In addition it is the co-responsibility of the Vice President of Communications & Marketing to perform the duties of the President in the President’s absence.

Acted as co-chair to the Secretary of State for the State of Vermont program; VtSHARES and in doing so assisted with building an electronic application process within a SharePoint environment. VtSHARES is a charitable campaign which allows state employee’s to contribute to the charity of their choice in a non-traditional manner. I fulfilled my two and a half year commitment and passed the program on to another committee as it was designed.
