Geo Workforces raised $6M in Oct 2021, focusing on growing as a product-led company. Geo is an NZX Listed Company with cloud-based software to manage an efficient mobile workforce. As a contractor, I focused on the strategic roadmap, establishing frameworks and operating practices in preparing the platform to scale.

BBT Club raised $1.65M during the covid pandemic and won Shopify Award of the year! As COO/CXO, I led a team of 15 staff to improve operational efficiency and embedding a customer-centric approach. This included developing streamlined agile processes in our office workflow management and the way we work. • Improved operational efficiency by removing inefficiencies, coaching the team and incentive programs• Reduced Cost of Imported Goods by 20% which resulted in $x00,000 in cost savings• Built an inventory management system using data analytics for accurate forecasting and stock control • Implement operational practices and frameworks to support regulatory practices. This included how we manage the warehouse in a safe manner, record and maintenance upkeep• Developed products and systems for end to end supply chain flow, from Taiwan and China to Melbourne, including logistics through ocean, air, freight, truck and warehouse management• Created a metrics systems for customer insights and behaviour preferences

Established the Services Transformation Program for the Accelerated Strategy. The Transformation focuses on scaling the Service-Based Operating Model across the business, technology and corporate functions. As part of my role, I am focused on establishing the portfolio operating rhythm, embedding agile practices and ceremonies, fostering work alignment across teams, and coaching ways of working practices.

Lead the strategy to upskill, consult and provide recommendations to our senior leaders and business partners for the evolving needs of our organisation post the NWOW Transformation to help solve pain points relating to the inefficiencies, productivity and employee experience.

Due to COVID-19 priorities, our squad pivoted to support the needs of our organisation to transition to working from home globally. Led the product adoption and developed the metrics framework for our portfolio. Our focus across the three streams was to accelerate the adoption of key collaboration tools, Jira and Confluence, to help employees track, prioritise work and collaborate working from home.

Designed, developed and embedded an enterprise capability framework through product management principles. This was embraced by all divisions and across Australia, India, China, Singapore and Philippines. I led the team through discovery and delivery techniques to quickly test and build fit for purpose solutions for a broad set of customers. The "Types of Work Framework" helped our organisation with:1) Greater role clarity for our employees understand their career pathways2) Shifting the employees mindset to focus on 'capability' through 'T-shaped skillsets' rather than 'job title'3) Building a foundation for capability management for our Workforce StrategyThis was endorised as the Enterprise Capability framework across all countries for 50,000 employees

Founder of a date experience start-up which was selected and funded by the 14 week Incubate Program. We were also part of the StartupHack Bootcamp run by AngelCube and featured in the Startup Smart.

AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run non-for-profit organisation providing youth globally access to meaningful opportunities. I developed an international community program to increase interracial and cultural awareness for primary school children. I acquired major sponsorships from community fundraisers, contributed to national event planning across all universities.

LWY Holdings have online and offline companies including Poker World, CarBeds and Mr Pallet Racking. Within the companies, my various roles included sales (in person and online), website development, market research, opportunities identification and platform listing (including eBay and Amazon).
