• Identify and evaluate product opportunities in Rx, generic, biosimiliar by defining the market based on competitors strengths and weaknesses.• Follow up the firm’s current strategy and determine strategic initiatives and following milestones.• Make market research and manage the process of “defining the product/partner” till the launch of the product.• Preparing of P&Ls & financial analysis for new products & line-extension products.• Conducting feasibility studies and following market trends closely for five main therapeutic areas (Oncology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Biotechnology).• Commenting & finalizing the licensing aggrements with the coordination of the legal counsel.• Coordinating internal decision-making process within the company by contacting with sales&marketing, regulatory affairs, pricing & reimbursement, finance and medical departments.• Building new contacts & following-up all the communication with the licensor in all steps of the in-licensing procedure.• Preparing Business Plans, sales forecasts & term sheets.• Negotiating the price of the pharmaceutical product with the licensor.• Coordination & implementation of business development projects.• Representing Abdi Ibrahim towards International and Local Pharmaceutical community.

• Oversee multiple project across all phases of development.• Monitor workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed.• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve project milestones.• Develop status reports,cost estimates and resource plan (Project online & Power BI).• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustment as neccessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.• Make vital decision and drive decision making across projects.• Provide project management support assigned projects.• Perform analysis of project requirements.• Document, review and assess operations.

• Develop, validate and document new analytical methods.• Execution of process validation protocols for different dosage forms.• Validate the methods when official monographs updated (USP and EP).• Knowledge in ICH guidelines• Writing/reviewing of specifications and certifications.• Knowledge in Common Technical Document (CTD)(Especially Module III)• Writing/reviewing of SOPs• Observing and compliying cGMP• Ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization.• Possess good documentation & problem solving skills.• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities on time and effectively.
