Roles/responsibilities- Perform as a trusted advisor (SME) to senior management, product owners, and business users; conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology adoption.- Responsible for incident management, performing impact/risk assessments, application support, and troubleshooting issues with internal IT teams and vendors, across multiple financial systems.- Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis and propose recommendations for system enhancements to product owners and system owners to achieve business goals.- Facilitate stakeholder engagement according to defined RACI; maintain communication channels across cross-functional teams ensuring information well distributed, clear, and-documented.- Perform business requirement gathering and create functional specification documents and project plan; collaborate with vendors to deliver outcomes according to priorities and within project timeline and budget.- Provide full system life cycle support and oversee the end-to-end workflow process for project implementation. - Identify and develop test strategies and packages with vendors; perform SIT, UAT and regression testing to ensure quality assurance and acceptance criteria are met before production release.- Conduct end-user workshops with hands-on training sessions and provide user manuals for operational use.- Perform user administration, role administration and job scheduling functions in SAP BASIS and for bespoke ePayment systems.- Involved as a project team member in the upgrade of SAP v4.7 to ECC 6.0 and migration of SAP ECC onto the Government Commercial Cloud(GCC) platform; providing expertise to highlight any potential business risk for system implementation and mitigation plans; working with users to establish timeline; data validations and test strategy to ensure business needs are met prior to launch.
