- Implementation and management of Sales initiatives- Identify, analyse and follow up of Sales opportunities and enquiries for the venue including the provision of professional event related advice- Coordinating and working closely with various departments to fulfill the conditions of the bookings- Manage, support, service new and existing clients of the venues (National Stadium and OCBC Aquatic Centre) including the preparation of required paperwork for venue booking, processing and settlement of payments- Manage and support world class, regional and local sporting events (WTA Finals, HSBC Rugby Seven Series, International Champions Cup, FINA Swimming World Cup, OCBC Cycle and etc)- Provide administrative support to the Sales team including market/industry research and the preparation of sales and budgetary report and presentations as required- Assist with maintaining the facility booking calendar- To execute Sales and other projects as required by Sports Hub

- Drive corporate and group ticket sales and event space revenue for the attraction- Handles all sales leads from domestic clients for groups and corporate- Prepare and customise proposals and quotations to meet clients' needs - Manages site inspections, event preparation and event execution to achieve maximal guests' experience - Establish, document and implement all booking and sales procedures

- Manages the Sales & Marketing team including leave and claim approval- Involves in interviewing of new candidates for new positions- Preparing sales projections for the organisation and ensure the direction of the team is aligned with the organisation's goals & initiatives- Involves in the planning and execution of in house events such as Corporate Nights and Wedding Shows for the 5 years- Equipped with overseas catering experience through the participation in World Expo, Aichi Japan 2005 and Spotlight in Cape Town, South Africa 2011- Has the experience in planning and execution of special ad-hoc projects eg Singapore Airshow, Singapore Youth Olympic Games, Singapore F1 Grand Prix etc- Handles all corporate, wedding and residential enquiries as well as concerts and backstage caterings- Works closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution for all events- Monitor and analyse industry and competitors so as to keep abreast of market developments at all times

- Handles front office duties eg checking in and out of residents- Performs cashiering duties and reception work- Do showing of rooms to potential residents- Planning and engaging with residents with monthly events and activities
