Responsible for growing brand awareness for Thales in key South East Asian markets through strategic communications initiatives. A large focus in recent years has been on reputation management and crisis communications, engaging with media to support Thales' seven key business sectors (including aerospace, ground transportation, defence, digital identity & security and space). I provide counsel and training to internal stakeholders and leadership on crises mitigation and in key message delivery.Events management is also a key part of my role.

- Manage Public Relations and Employee Communications initiatives for the UPS Asia Pacific region.- Plan and execute PR programmes, including interviews, speaking opportunities, by-liners and case studies, and agency network management.- Provide internal training and spokespeople support.- Create and execute internal communications initiatives in support of company priorities, including philanthropy and CSR engagements.
