With over 25 years of experience in the field of personal and organisational development and drawing from a wide range of approaches such as sports and performance psychology, cognitive approaches, NLP and Gestalt psychology, I have developed a unique, holistic approach to coaching encompassing mind, body, heart and spirit. Over the course of my career I have worked across the full spectrum of cultures from the Far east (Japan) to the Middle east, to the US and Australia as well as extensively throughout Europe. My assignments have ranged from development programmes on Emotional Intelligence for rocket scientists at the European Space Agency, to “Just Imagine” sessions with an interpreter in Japanese as part of the BBC’s renowned Making it Happen culture change initiative. I have designed and led the delivery of several award winning leadership development programmes. I initially trained as a coach with Ashridge business school and am now fully qualified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and a Senior Practitioner and Accredited Coach Supervisor with the EMCC. Today I run my own coaching consultancy “Thrive” where I work with a range of clients and consultancies, and in collaboration with a fantastic group of close associates with diverse expertise. My aim is to help individuals thrive in their lives and their work through raising awareness of how they can leverage strengths and also overcome real (or often imagined) barriers to greater fulfillment.
