As an expert in Economic Development and Cultural Engineering, I create and manage the development strategy of public institutions and private companies. Particularly, I develop their policy strategies and economic performance by creating tailor-made projects that serve their long term needs.I am a seasoned participant in high level policy dialogues as I regularly and effectively engage with government entities, the private sector, and local and international organizations.In 2023, I was recruited by the "Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Libanaise de Côte d'Ivoire" in order to expand its development strategy based on Cooperation Projects with state institutions, tailor-made Special Events, and the launch of a renewed Communication Policy.In order to increase the Chamber's impact, I am aligning its Committee Projects with the policy priorities of the government of Côte d’Ivoire, such as sustainable economic development, professional training, gender parity, and Corporate Social Responsibility.Before this experience in Africa, and for over twenty years, I represented Lebanon's Ministry of Tourism in France as the head of the "Office du Tourisme du Liban". As such, I developed strategies to promote Lebanon’s appeal, and develop its potential, in France and for Europe, in the fields of Tourism and Cultural Affairs.Given the constant difficult domestic and regional context, and especially after the 2006 war, I deliberately favoured focusing promotional activities on the Lebanese creative industries in order to develop Lebanon’s soft power appeal, especially in times of crises.Adding cinema, photography, or music to our projects and communication only added to Lebanon’s reputation and credibility as a must see destination.Today, i use this experience in transversal projects and my expertise to lead institutions, and manage impactful projects in developing nations, especially in the Middle East and Africa.Special skills : Territorial Development, Project Management, Country branding, Leadership, Public Relations, Crisis Management, Cultural Affairs.
