With over two decades of business experience in finance and operational management, I am a Deputy Director General at DGIP, the General Management of Buildings for the Canton of Vaud. As the Finance, Administration and Support Director, I oversee the budgeting, accounting, reporting, and risk management processes for the organization, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP, VAT, and IFRS standards.I have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic projects for the public sector. I have successfully managed the budgetary procedure for the Canton of Vaud, monitoring and analyzing the monthly and quarterly performance, and evaluating the requests for additional credits. I have also completed a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Administration and Management from IDHEAP, a prestigious institute for public administration, and a PED program from IMD, a leading business school.
