Dumaplast produces and sells waterproof decorative products: wall and ceiling cladding, flooring products, exterior wall siding, etc. Dumaplast sells its products within a B2B environment to distributors and DIY chains. I was responsible for account management and follow-up of enquiries, mainly for Eastern Europe (including Russia) and non-European customers. I have done order management from A to Z, from reception of the order until reception of the goods and payment by customers.I actively looked for new customers. I have frequently visited (potential) customers abroad.I carried out the analysis of gross and net margins within a self-constructed cost accounting system, related to full and direct costs.I also develop and establish the complete branding for Dumaplast on cross-media platforms as websites, brochures, packaging, displays and similar marketing material. I develop all marketing material with the aid of third parties, such as advertising agencies, designers, display builders, etc.I am responsible for the complete organisation of fairs as Domotex (Germany), Surfaces (USA), Mosbuild (Russia), Batimat (France) and many others.- product support / marketing - account management (orders, complaints)- customer search- controlling / cost accounting
