Drawing on a blend of expertise in recruiting and retaining top-tier subcontractors, forging partnerships with local material suppliers and/or manufacturers, and implementing highly effective workflow management, I played a pivotal role in helping a growing business not only establish but also sustain lucrative partnerships with multi-family contractors and high-end residential remodeling contractors. By fostering clear and efficient communication channels, we consistently delivered projects within their desired timeframes. The outcome was a remarkable surge in the business's annual revenue, catapulting it from under $1 million to an impressive $2.5 million in a mere 18 months. Through these accomplishments, it allowed the business to focus on bettering their existing residential and commercial accounts as well as creating new partnerships which resulted in the business generating closer to $4 million in annual revenue by end of 2018.

Streamlined project coordination by facilitating seamless communication of various flooring subcontractor trades that were required to include detailed blueprints and outlined project details for both the subcontractors and project managers in order for the projects to start and be completed in the desired timeframe with as little change orders as possible. These projects consisted for home builders who would build anywhere from 10 - 30 homes annually, high end remodeling contractors, and multi-family builders. Additionally, I maintained the entire responsibility of the warranty department which required to deliver clear expectations for the clients and subcontractors in order for the claims to be properly and as quickly as possible handled.
