Ensure the quality of services is a key responsibility. I establish quality standards, implements quality control measures, and monitors performance to maintain high standards.5. I lead the integration of technology systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.6. I foster teamwork and communication across departments to align efforts towards common goals.7. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the organization's performance and regularly assess operational metrics. Reporting these findings to the CEO and board of directors helps in decision-making.8. Crisis Management: I play a critical role in managing the situation, implementing contingency plans, and ensuring business continuity.9. Leadership of the End to End Operations and development of the overall company-wide customer experience operations strategy, incorporating the voice of the customer and external best practices.Oversight of all Cable Field fulfillment activities for Residential, Security Home Monitoring and Commercial customers.Management of all Consumer devices and Network components, fulfillment and returns through Supply chain and Logistic Operations.Accountable for the end to end management of all sales orders and fulfillment including provisioning, activation and installation.

Accountable for all Wireline Access Networks for Rogers Communications including long-term planning, engineering, implementation, provisioning, operations, capacity management, performance management, and problem resolution of all fiber networks, HFC networks, IPRAN networks, Headend, Telecommunication centers and transport networks.

Overall Management of converged Video, Voice and Broadband Services / Networks (Wireline & Wireless) from a Planning, Implementation and Operations' perspective.

Responsible for the maintenance, operation, restoration, performance and integrity of the overall National Networks and Services of Rogers Cable & Telecom.

Leadership of the Network Management organization towards centralization and integration of four Regional Network Management Centers into one National Center. Responsibilities also included the performance of the overall Network, its elements and general management of the team members.

Reporting to the Vice-President Planning & Engineering, managed an operating budget in excess of $21 million, through staff of 200+ people. Mandate included to downsizing and integrating the Network Construction Group into the Network Engineering organization within one year and improving the overall project implementation processes.

Develop, maintain, monitor and manage the performance of a National Project Management team in regards to the implementation of a Capital Budget in excess of $130 million.
