Additional focus on working capital, including inventory management, new business rules and payment terms management, lead to an overall optimization of cash management.Divested non core assets. Together with the business restructuring and new customer focus, key initiatives delivered over 150% EBIT growth in 3 years and allowed the business to deliver a premium on cost of capital in 2012.

Reporting to the president of BASF North America, lead the North America long-term strategy development and implementation.
