After a 5 year academic job (VUB) with focus on instrumentation and measuring techniques, I joined Seba service in 1994 to start research and development with focus on the access network, including measuring techniques, mathematical cable modelling and instrument prototyping.From 2001, as Technical Director, responsibilities grew to cover R&D, production and T&M sales support.In this context a new Business Unit was founded in 2007 as expert knowledge centre from Seba service, where client specific trainings and certifications are very successful. Over the years the BU grew to more field services focused on client solutions.After all these years I proudly can say Seba service became a well-appreciated and reliable partner for the most important players in Belgian telecom and energy sector.In 2015, I accepted to become Board Member - Secretary of FITCE.be, actively being present in the Telecom scene.Specialties: commercial and managing expertise ; activities covering all physical networks: copper - fiber - coax - energy ... ; leadership ; strong didactical skills ; in depth knowledge of measuring techniques for fault location in telecom and energy networks.For over 40 years Seba service is specialist in telecom-, data-, energy- and water-networks. We offer trainings, solutions, test and measurement and products for the physical layer.
