I coached founders, executives, steering committees and boards to navigate the unknown with more confidence. I also co-founded two startups.Prior to this, I worked 10 years as a mechanical engineer in transfer of technology, I did an MBA and worked for McKinsey & Co. I trained as Gestalt psychotherapist to better help organization and their leaders.
