As a partner in PwC’s Tax practice Serge has over 22 years’ experience in advising clients in the field of real estate and taxation. His client portfolio consists of listed REITs, asset managers, real estate developers, institutional investors, privately held strategic investment (portfolio) companies, Private Equity investors as well as high net worth individuals. Serge provides integrated tax advice in the largest and most complex real estate transactions. In this context he has advised on the acquisition and financing of large real estate portfolios, structuring of regional, country or property specific real estate funds, and refinance transactions (both traditional and CMBS loans).
