My professional area - technology, IT and R&D in the telecom and retail industries.At this stage of my career path, I would like to focus on product development and the business aspects: business model design, customer experience improvement with responsibility for key business metrics.With significant experience as a Business Function Manager, Product Director and CTO I am able to effectively lead a business or product launch from idea stage to operational run.The ability to facilitate, streamline and turn operational processes into a system allows me enough time for experiments, prototyping, research and implementation of new ideas thus helping me to be efficient and develop quickly.
