Key results:1. Reorganized the IT block and increased the technical expertise within the company which made it possible to attract complex projects from government departments and large businesses: development of infrastructure for social significant facilities in Yakutia, complex IT solutions in hard-to-reach areas for mining companies and others.2. Optimized the work of departments by demarking the areas of responsibility and OLA and SLA indicators which increased the services quality and the speed of incidents response and reduced the requests number by 35%.3. Created a tool for medium- term and long-term planning – “Management Accounting” information system which allowed to automatize the analytical work and calculate the services costs and increase the accuracy of financial indicators planning.4. Organized the immediate communication with customers and processing of internal applications, automatized preliminary projects assessment, developed clarified plans for work and purchased equipment which ensured 100% implementation of critical tasks in compliance with key indicators.5. Developed and put in service the automatic telecommunication services billing system “Alliance” (the main information system with a high automation level).6. Introduced frequency resource accounting and the operating efficiency analysis of VSAT networks, modernized the RF equipment of the central earth station with an economic effect up to 27.6 million rubles per year.7. Successfully resolved a number of critically important situations at the State Commission for Radio Frequencies level and at the inter-agency cooperation level which made it possible to achieve a significant reduction in the cost of leased frequency resources and purchased equipment under sanctions. Reduction of rental costs was up to 32 million rubles per year.

Key results:1. Developed a catalog of standard technical solutions which became the basis for the key projects of the company, reduced labor costs for design preliminary studies and improved compliance with requirements for engineering implementation, deadlines and qualifications.2. Implemented DPI of application traffic grooming system to reduce the cost of renting the frequency resource (satellite resource savings were about 15%).3. Developed and launched a system for automatic calculations of satellite resource volumes and service costs. By means of digitalization of the business process I increased the accuracy and speed of calculations from 3 days to instant calculation by the manager without the engineers involvement. Labor costs saving was more than 9 million rubles per year.4. Modernized the virtualization stack involved in software development which significantly accelerated the development and reduced the delivery time for software modules.

Key results:1. Developed hardware and software suite “Infomat” and set up serial production for the participation of the organization in the federal program “Electronic Government”. The project was successfully scaled up and implemented in several regions, more than 800 units were produced and put in service.2. Modernized the multiservice traffic network of data transmission - a transit was made from 1 to 40 Gbit/s and a ring network architecture was provided in Krasnoyarsk which significantly increased the transport capacity and failover of fiber lines.3. Put in service three regional SORM, the requirements of the supervisory authority were fully met.4. Designed and put in service key solutions:- failover remote data transmission nodes in Dubna, Khabarovsk.- information quality assessment system of the of provided communication services.- satellite channel-forming systems – Hughes HN (HNO), iDirect и Hughes Jupiter (HNO/VNO).
