I have successfully developed over 100 projects including commercial, residential, and multi-family properties, managing budgets, timelines, and crews of up to 40 individuals.I am passionate about the real estate market, especially the process of creating construction projects from start to finish and handing them over to happy owners. Living in Bali for three years now, I am captivated by its beauty and the openness of its people. I see great potential in developing low-rise construction and commercial real estate in Bali and across Indonesia.Currently, I am working on the Kembali Villas project, offering high-quality, modern, and stylish villas near the ocean, with attractive conditions for investors. My plan is to continue developing appealing, profitable, and contemporary villas in Bali with Middle way, leveraging my expertise in construction and renovation, budget and personnel management, and sales and marketing.
