The city is created by tourists, guest artists make individual buildings and sights. The main idea of Cardboardia is that everyone can build a location and make his own event: set a puppet theatre, organize a sports competition, make a shoe shop etc.- 24-hour program. We use all opportunities of the site to make the city-life wider: daytime children’s program, evening concerts, night-time movie program, and hourly events.- Role play – Every Сardboardia’s materialization is a role play, where guests equally participate with its characters.- Badtaste. On Сardboardia’s market-place there is an ongoing art objects fair, as well as workshops, held by different artists. All monetary relations in Сardboardia are processed in local currency – badtaste. Сardboardia’s bank earns money on the difference of the currency exchange rates.
