Together with the founders I grew the product and engineering teams and led all client-facing features from the explosive early growth through acquisition by Nexstar Digital. After the acquisition led the integration of frontend engineering resources across four subsidiaries of Nexstar Digital. Led product and engineering teams. Completely redesigned and re-architected the Campaign Management System used by over 400 large publishers and ad buyers to plan and execute advertising campaigns at scale. Led research, speccing, implementation and rollout of all client facing features: robust reporting, demand and supply side management, inventory forecasting, bulk editing, ad-hoc report report creation and more. Led engineering team, including hiring, reviews, complete development lifecycle. Highlight: designed and led implementation of innovative chat-bot like bulk editing feature. Designed and led implementation of custom rule-based engine translating natural language commands into api requests.
