Serge is an HR Management graduate with a background in employer engagement, client relations along with training and employment counselling. He has worked in a variety of industries in both for and non profit sectors. Working alongside multicultural clients from various professional backgrounds, he has bridged diversity for many years overseas in Asia and South America. He has volunteered on the HR Committee with MARL and currently serves on the executive board for MSEN.Presently, he is a member of the RWA - Ready, Willing & Able team partnered with Inclusion Canada and the Autism Alliance of Canada along with its member partners. A national initiative dedicated to increasing the labour market participant rate of individuals with an intellectual disability or on the autism spectrum.
