About Serge Traylor

Making Memorable Experiences.As I thought about my "WHY" I came up with this simple statement around memorable experiences. Having already lost a parent to Alzheimers and now caring for my aunt who has dementia, I have learned, first-hand, the real value of memories. As I translated that to my life and my endeavors I found a very common bond around memorable experiences. As a brand strategist my goal is to enhance the shared experience between human and brand - to the extreme that is having great memories as you connect with a product or brand. That is the holy grail, to be a part of someone's life so deep that you become part of their memories. We all have a brand that has done that at some time or another in our lives. I help brands find that connection.As a property owner the memorable experiences is also paramount. People create memorable experiences in the places they live and the places they vacation. As a property owner I provide places that are the backdrop for lifelong memories. I do this through providing unique places and unique experiences. Part of those experiences are treating guests with respect, so they feel at home.
