Since 2001 I have worked for a company that provides a POS (cash desks) solution for all types of businesses.In my most recent role, I provided new feature testing before version releases, checked and reproduced customers' bugs for the development team, provided technical support to our customers, resolved critical and complex failures in client systems, and provided assistance and solutions to office support staff and field technicians.I was responsible for several large and complex projects.I was in charge of most interfaces and ETL data processes to/from external consumers.I am a responsible, serious, very organized, detail-oriented and patient person.
