1) Perform project planning focusing on Partner and KL technical and business requirements2) Provide unparalleled experience and expertise in the integration of Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam and SafeStream technologies for a wide variety of platforms, operating systems and environments. 3) Extensive external and internal communications, face to face, by telephone, presentations, and written form, and will include sensitive customer, commercial, operational and product information. 4) Present and clearly communicate innovative, complex and sensitive technical data to a wide and heterogeneous audience including developers and key decision makers / influencers at the management level: internal staff and external contacts. 5) Understand partners' solutions and is able to process multiple projects simultaneously. 6) Successfully execute on KL products and technologies promotion, integration model discussion, successful integration completion with regard to partner development plan and presentation of product roadmaps and other materials. 7) Be the main escalation point and play a critical role in order to resolve technical questions and problems and increase partners' confidence in KL products and partnership. 8) Pro-actively resolves upcoming issues and proactively notifies KL business development managers, product managers and other TA team members with regard to serious issues. 9) Take part in designing the new products, composing roadmaps, developing and implementing effective processes and procedures with other KL divisions.
