Interaction with R&D, Global Packaging, Global NPD teams to ensure enough communication with all production site departments. •​Responsible for data uploading into MRP system in regards new product implementation (BOM, effectivity in/out for FG, PM, RM)•​Responsible for timely RFQ filling (Request For Quotation) for new products with cooperation of Financial and Supply Chain teams. Setup scrap rate, prices/LT for all PM and RM, overheads using by Ariba service.•​Responsible for providing possible sourcing options and potential needs for production trials and required product adjustments•​Responsible for assessing potential risk related to bulk manufacturing & product filling.•​Responsible for organising agreed factory trials (with support from packaging and process development)•​Responsible for establishing filling trial purposes, if attendance is required etc.•​Responsible for issue all trial reports should be written up, signed off and filed.•​Responsible for completing Risk Reduction actions related to manufacturing & communicating it to NPI Team•​Responsible for implementing of all corrective actions & recommendations from trials (related to manufacturing)•​Responsible for coordination of interaction with external contractors (format parts suppliers, packaging and new raw materials) in the framework of the launch of new products.
