- personally coordinated and established production of almost all types of souvenir products of one of the biggest touristic publishing house Medniy Vsadnik, Budgets USD 1-2 million with more than 50 various types of products, 0.6-1 millions pieces.- established from scratch production of souvenir metal fridge magnets.  The production achieved competitive prices with Chinese producers and second place in the Russian market with more than 100K pieces per month.- during covid times arranged in 1.5 months semiautomatic production of medicine masks without special equipment using only industrial postpress machines. Produced more than 0.7 million pieces in 3 months.- elaborated technology and production of some special b2b goods for calendar producers: magnet date pointers and metal substrates for them.

At the time Rosk Ltd was one of the biggest print house in St.Petersburg.- I managed all aspects of it's contract with Procter&Gamble for producing various types of marketing and POS materials. I was responsible for customer relations, pricing and logistics. - Participated in optimisation of all purchasing and production processes. - Automatised pricing and work flow operations

- Personally choosed and arranged purchasing and transporting used industrial printing equipment from Germany and Holland for establishing a new copyshop. After that I successfully installed all of them at small premise at outstanding location just opposite to central railway station. At those times the company saved more than EUR 100K.- Annually arranged design and production of Christmas VIP stationery for Gosnak's key customer Russian Railways. Organised direct purchases of special binding materials from EU.

Due to my connections in printing industry I found the possibility to rent some room and printing equipment on the territory of old big book printing house and started my own business. I hired personnel and specialised in printing short run books and brochures with cooperation with other printing houses. At the same time I started to work as print broker. I completely managed production of complicated printing orders of various origin - books, package, pos, souvenirs, etc... I pervasively studied all processes and technologies in the industry and was permanently in touch with printing network of St.Petersburg and Moscow.

Russian Collection was one of the prominent design agency and publishing house in St.Petersburg at that time. They published a lot of art albums and magazines but print them mostly in Finland. My role was to find and establish contacts with domestic printing houses and arrange all production chain from paper supply to logistic issues. During that time I've additionally learned myself Adobe programmes such as Illustrator and Photoshop and was able to fulfil all prepress tasks (color correction, quality measurements, page layout).

I was hired via large HR agency to the St.Petersburg branch of AlphaGraphics Russia. At the beginning I spent 2 months in HQ in Moscow where I was trained sales and operations standards of AG. In St.Petersburg my clients were big international companies and local advertisement agencies.Due to my efforts AG started to adopt print brokerage deals. I arranged and completely realised the first order of this sort. It was order for printing of commercial magazine "Food Russia". Previously it was printed in Finland, but I affirmed the magazine's owner to print it in AG and then arranged all stages of production: buying paper, contract with printing house and logistic to other cities. Everything was made by myself from scratch as AG at the moment had no experience in commercial printing. It specialised only in business cards, envelopes, digital printing etc.

At these years MV ltd was second to Xerox in former CIS. The company promoted aggressively in all regions and used CRM, sales techniques and management style of Xerox. I worked in direct sales department of expensive industrial copiers.My clients were big prosperous companies and government structures.
