Performed due-diligence of new opportunities and decided not to participate in certain new projects. This alone saved the company at least $50MM.Obtained sales permits for the subsidiary which allowed for additional $5MM in revenue.Arranged for $2MM loan repayment which allowed freeing up funds for additional drilling activities at very attractive rates of $50M per well vs. $250M per well.Maintained excellent public relations with the Russian partners and government officials while promoting company's efforts to expand its operations in Russia and implementing new technologies. The company was able to secure two new oil fields while implementing new fracing and acidizing programs. These new programs improved production by 10%.Accomplished all tasks within budgetary constraints and timely manner; Russian business unit saved 10% in costs vs. approved budget while completing all operational objectives.
