Key responsibilities:- Search heroes for different formatted projects;- Interviews with potential participants of TV projects;- Organization and holding of castings for mass projects.

Key responsibilities:- Organization the work of the sales department: search and booking institutions for presentations, solution of conflict situations during the presentation;- Organization of the telemarketing department: planning and preparation work for the operators, solution of conflict situations in the work of operators.

Key responsibilities:- Search for candidates by using different methods (Recruitment, Executive Search, Headhunting);- Conducting interviewing;- Gathering materials for the candidate’s characteristic (checking references, the Candidate’s analysis, etc.);

Key responsibilities:- Creating a group of financial consultants;- Conducting trainings for members of the group;- Management of sales group.
