Annual leaves planning- Controlling timely repair of tools and equipment, performed by repair technicians; data exchangewith Store, Production and Calibration departments on the matter.- Working in WINGS, RAMCO and FossDoc systems daily

- Performing cycle of logistic operations aimed for goods delivery from vendor/manufacturer (mostly Europe) to the end-user (Sakhalin-2 Oil+Gas Project, easternmost part of Russia, Sakhalin island) as a nominated freight forwarder. Using railroad, seafreight and/or airfreight mode of transportation.- Coordinating work process with store, subcontractors, vendors and principal client- Written and over the phone communication with vendors and subcontractors (processing over 100 e-mails per day)- Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), updating status of shipments in the system (ETD/ETA)- Invoicing (monthly)- Problem solving, responding to queries, cargo track-and-tracing- Instructing subcontractors regarding proper packing of shipments, especially those classified as DG.- Keeping Dangerous Goods documentation check-list (MSDS, DGR)- Material Receipt reports and Discrepancy Reports processing & issuing- Using SAP, CIEL 2000 and AirLog integrated systems for daily tasks.- Work in multi-national environment
