Current• Planning of purchases from European countries and formation of forecasts of purchases of products;• Placement of orders and analysis of the state of commodity stocks of the enterprise;• Import of goods from the countries of Southeast Asia, Europe, USA;• Monitoring of cargo movement and preparation of documents for customs clearance;• Search and selection of partners among carriers, customs brokers, certification bodies;• Acceptance of samples for certification under the temporary import regime, registration of representative documents allowing the company's activities in certification bodies, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the RFC, laboratories, FSTEC;• Interaction with suppliers to obtain certification documents, licenses, notifications;• Realization of export deliveries to Europe;• Participation in the formation of the company's pricing policy, procurement planning in the short and long term. Analysis of sales and stocks.Achievements:• Organized the process of export operations for the return of defective goods to Europe;• Implemented a flexible system for calculating the purchase of goods, depending on the current state of stocks, upcoming promotions and delivery plan.
