Director Of Operations (Chief Operating Officer)
Management of operational processes, production, quality, safety, logistics, and supply, IT infrastructure:• Development and implementation of business strategies: defining the company's strategic directions, developing plans, and setting objectives to ensure effective operations. Analyzing costs and optimizing the budget, monitoring expenses• Company structure development: creating and optimizing the organizational structure of the company, including the establishment of departments (production, design, sales dep from the ground up)• Development of regulatory documents and compliance monitoring: ensuring compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory acts within the enterprise. Developing, updating, and monitoring compliance with regulatory documents related to labor safety, occupational health, fire safety, electrical safety, and first aid• Personnel management, administrative workflow, and HR recordkeeping: managing administrative workflows, maintaining employee records (hiring, termination, leaves, sick days, time tracking), conducting occupational safety training, and medical examinations. Recruiting personnel according to the company's needs. Evaluating employee performance, motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and developing measures to improve productivity• Interaction with outsourcing companies: collaborating with companies providing accounting services, advertising agencies, designers, and marketers• Supplier relations: engaging with material suppliers, managing inventory, and organizing inventory counts.• Equipment maintenance and repair control: ensuring timely completion of routine maintenance and equipment repairs• IT infrastructure safety management: ensuring the secure and uninterrupted operation of the local network, hardware, and software• Process automation: implementing an ERP system, developing scripts, instructions, regulations, templates to optimize operational processes and reduce labor costs
