CurrentContributed to Starfield by Bethesda.Provided DevQA expertise for engine, rendering, and systems components as well as performance verification:• Primary Sperasoft QA contact point;• Preparing custom PC and Xbox Series X/S builds using Perforce, Visual Studio, Xbox Manager, and TeamCity;• Writing test suites and testing rendering features: Direct/Indirect Lighting, Ambient Occlusion, VRS, Moment Based OIT, Frustum/Occlusion Culling, Volumetric Lighting, Bloom, Motion Blur, Depth of Field, Particle Effects, Normal Mapping, etc.• Collecting PIX and RenderDoc captures to provide graphics data to devs;• Testing game systems (e.g. saving and loading, procedural generation);• Debugging via Visual Studio: collecting and analyzing output, callstack, memory diagnostic data, parallel stacks, NaN validation, asserts;• Performance testing;• Setting up custom test environments using game engine, .ini and .bat files;• Analyzing crashes, asserts and freezes in a crash-reporting tool;• Supervising a Junior DevQA: knowledge sharing, task assignment, troubleshooting, feedback;• Took part in managing the pool of Xbox DevKits and TestKits used by Sperasoft team;• Automating personal routine tasks.
