All my professional life I’ve been very interested in entrepreneurship and small business development. I've founded and developed two companies in Building Maintenance and Rope Access industries in two very different countries, Russia and USA. Both companies have been grown to profitable operations with bootstrapping strategy and minimal initial investment. Driven by the excitement and mistakes made being a small business owner and manager, I began my learning journey in the world of business management and entrepreneurship that led me to MBA program at Loyola Marymount University. Studying MBA helped me to structure and optimize my business knowledge and skills. As the result, I began to apply this knowledge to my business and realized that it could have substantial value for other entrepreneurs struggling with start-ups, management, or stalling growth in their businesses.Later, I and my team launched Small Business Round Table group where we utilize best practices learned at MBA and our entrepreneurial experience to help small business owners to build successful and profitable companies.
