Ekobiotek-Ukraine - refined deodorized winterized edible sunflower oil production. Full-cycle processing factory. In subordination structure Trade House Ekobiotek-Ukraine LLC and production factory (crude oil production, refining and deodorizing dept., bottling dept., R&D, boiler house, legal dept., accountant dept., engineering services, security service, storage capacity). More than 250 employees.- Financial model was created. P&L, CF, Costs, EBITDA, etc.- Commercial department was restructured and reorganized. It was redirected strictly for export activity.- CRM system, motivation system of all production and commercial personnel were implemented.- June 2016 - largest volume of sales since 2003.- 2016 Marketing year - the enterprise in the TOP-10 largest exporters in Ukraine of bottled sunflower oil in terms of quantity and geography.- The tax structure was optimized. It reduced about 4% of monthly expenses.- Overhead, operating and production costs were reduced by 2% monthly.- Quantity of types of products sold was increased, through the emergence of new types of commodity waste. In addition to PET packaging, was developed and implemented packaging in food-grade plastic cans and tin cans (metal box).- Certifications of Kosher, Halal, Organic, GMP+ were passed. HACCP, ISO 22000 systems were implemented.- The project of the most large-scale modernization of the plant since its inception was designed and implemented. The project allowed to increase productivity X3 times.- The artesian well was equipped, a heat recovery system was introduced, production losses were achieved at 3,75% (the lowest in the industry), storage capacities were increased.- For the first time in history of oil and fat production, refined deodorized walnut oil has been produced.- In my work I applied the Kaizen system, Lean Six Sigma methodology, RACI, PDCA methods and Agile/Scrum/Kanban - for project management.
