- conducting an analysis of the presence of spare parts on the warehouse stock and checking open movement orders - this process was optimized in 2020 using Python and Jupiter Notebook - the program took unloading from the system (approximately 25-30 thousand records), as well as unloading open orders (2-3 thousand records), compared by priority and created a file for the 15 most important items that had to be shipped first- excel analysis of changes in the supply of the spare parts to optimize the packaging ordering process (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas - IFERROR with VLOOKUP / SUMPRODUCT / SUMIF with OR)- work with packaging manufacturing companies - coordination of orders, shipments, preparation of packaging drawings - it was also optimized using python - program takes manually input data about stock and calculate packaging materials' order volume- conducting tenders for the purchase of packaging materials, analysis of supplier companies according to the due diligence procedure, preparation of contracts, coordination of prices- analysis for ways to reduce costs in all areas of business operation activities (primarily transport and packaging)Notable achievements:2011: 4 months after joining the company, found new transportation company and signed a new contract which reduced the cost for local transportation by 37% and for long-distance transportation by 7% (monthly cost-saving 5 000 EUR);2012: Found a new supplier for packing materials - shipment terms decreased by 50%, delivery became free of charge and cost decreased by 10% (monthly cost-saving 13 000 EUR);2020: Increased spare parts availability from 80% to 92%;2021: Reduced period of the placement incoming items from 7 days to 4 days.2021: Automated tenders' process let to save around 150 000 EUR / year.Received "Best Employee of the LLC Mobis Parts CIS" award in 2012 and 2019.
