• Working closely with Finance and Administration personnel to streamline the implementation billing process.

• Take ownership of solution delivery (LIMS, Operational software) to branch offices of SGS in GCC, from equipment gatherings to production roll out.
• Managing over 10 LIMS implementations in the GCC region and Pakistan.
• Facilitate the implementation of laboratory IT solutions by analyzing project needs, defining project scope, renationalizing requirements, identifying the best solution fit/gap, designing process and IT solutions.
• Work with cross functional IT and business teams to resolve business process issues involving IT solutions, and lead change management efforts via training of branch office users and supervisors.

• Executing a group of LIMS implementations (CCLAS EL) in SGS Arabian Peninsula for Oil, Gas and chemicals, and Environmental line of business.
• Ensure that users are well qualified for LIMS/Laboratory applications with on-site or remote support.
• Standardize laboratories process to provide better monitoring for management, including validating standard test methods in LIMS.
• Input and validate standard, Client, in-house methods, products specifications, client’s special requirements, manage users accounts, develop COA reports, Invoices, and interface between LIMS and finance system.
• Member of SGS global LIMS team for improving LIMS functionalities.
• Support laboratory activities related to QA, ISO 17025 accreditation and technical governance, plus managing Crude Assay process between different labs.

Damascus

• Perform routine QC analysis on raw materials (water, sulfur, linear alkyl benzene, caustic soda, …), in-process, and finished products.
• Operate laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV/VIS, Automatic analyzers.
• Develop small in-house LIMS based on MS access with users training.
