- Organizing representation of the enterprise in the courts of Ukraine of all instances and during the inspection of company activities by the controlling and supervising bodies- Monitoring the legislation- Providing clarifications of the charter activities of the enterprise- Providing consultancy on the current legislation of Ukraine- Participating in meetings, workshops, conferences with the purpose of understanding the level of compliance to the norms of the Ukrainian legislation, European and international standard acts and legal regulations- Analyzing and approving contracts on conducting examination of the registration documents for medical products, on conducting analysis of medical products and other contracts concluded with the “The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” - Developing job instructions, organization structures regulations, collective labour agreements, civil and economic agreements- Ensuring fulfillment of job responsibilities by employees

Processing and analysing commercial disputes;- Drafting of analytical information on commercial and corporate disputes;- Preparation of appeals and cassation appeals against decisions of previous courts;- Providing consultations on family and labor law, drawing up lawsuits;- Meeting with clients;- Building of a legal strategy for resolving of the dispute;- Processing of contracts;

Investigator of the criminal cases in the sphere of economics:– Pre-judicial investigation of the criminal cases;– Drawing up of the criminal-procedural documents;– Preparation of claims to the state bodies;– Participation in the sittings of the court.
